No Echo is an art film taking the form of a broken documentary from the underground scene in an unindentified Balkan-Mediterranean city, interstices of which tell the mute story of a Nuropean Experiment. Built according to the instructions of narrative paucity, it designs an encounter with a cast of mutant youth making a showcase of their own works which in their challenged intelligibility challenge our preconceptions about the intelligibility of the world itself and the possibility of art to become the bestial church of the always-already-unknown. No Echo is an object, not the representation of an object.
